Packs are the pocket format: a printed sleeve around a strip of gum or mints, thin enough for a mailing and cheap enough for a large list.

Minimums here run 500, 1000, 2000, 5000 and 8500 pcs — the highest in the catalogue. That is not a sales tactic: the per-piece price only works at a full print run of the card or sleeve, and the gum itself is produced in industrial batches. If your quantity is in the hundreds, the honest answer is that candies or chocolates will give you a better result for the same money.
